I put this program together in hopes that it changes lives not just help you to lose weight, but to help you break your own barriers in all aspects of your life, as 1 stressful area can determine if you will gain weight or lose weight.
Let's start with a 6 week program beginning March 12th.
- Facebook group accountability where I share resources, recipes, you can freely ask any questions.
- MyFitnessPal app support...This is how I hold myself and others accountable with their food. I train you on how to save recipes, meals, and track your food intake so ultimately you have a bit more freedom to eat as you choose, but within the guidelines! We will become friends on the app and I will stalk your food intake everyday!
- All Xtreme step classes (4) are included. Right now we have Thursday evenings in Bolingbrook at 6:30pm beginning March 23rd. If we add more (which we are looking into) then you will have those as well.
- Workout accountability at least 4x a week. We will work together to build out a workout plan. These will be things you can do at home or at the gym. I workout everywhere so I will invite you to join in (some classes you will have to pay for out of pocket if you choose to join in).
- Meal plan support: In addition to MyFitnessPal app support, we can work together to build out a meal plan that feels good to you as well as a carb cycle.
- 2 1-hr Life coaching sessions (Beginning and midway through) to make sure we navigate through any barriers preventing you from success.
- Weekly scale check-ins.
